Order Processing

Most in-stock non-chemical orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Chemicals typically ship within 2-5 business days. Pressure washers typically require a 5-7 business day lead time. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day.

Special-order items, custom-built equipment, trailers, and water treatment systems may require additional production time. Estimated lead times will be communicated after the order is placed.

Free Shipping

AmChem Wash Supply offers free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more. Orders under $100 receive the available shipping rates shown at checkout.

Freight shipping is free regardless of order value, including 55-gallon drum orders. Additional services such as liftgate or residential delivery may incur a charge only when disclosed before shipment.

Hazardous Materials

Designated hazardous chemicals include a single $20 hazardous-materials shipping charge per shipped order. This charge still applies when the order qualifies for free shipping or includes a 55-gallon drum with free freight.

Designated hazardous chemicals are currently available for shipping only to Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. Local pickup does not include the hazardous-materials shipping charge.

Certain chemicals require special packaging, labeling, and carrier handling. Availability and restrictions shown at checkout control whether an order can be shipped to a particular address.

Freight Shipments

Large equipment and drums may ship through commercial freight carriers. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, ensuring delivery access, arranging suitable unloading equipment when required, and inspecting the shipment before signing for delivery.

Shipping Damage

Inspect every shipment before signing the delivery receipt. If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt, take photographs before unpacking, and notify AmChem Wash Supply within 48 hours. Failure to document freight damage at delivery may limit the ability to file a carrier claim.

Delivery dates are estimates. Carrier delays, weather, product availability, and circumstances outside our control may affect delivery schedules.
