At Amchem Wash Supply, we stand behind the products we sell and work with manufacturers known for quality and reliability.
Manufacturer Warranties
Most equipment is covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product. Common manufacturers include Honda, General Pump, Comet, AR North America, Udor, Remco, Hypro, and others.
Warranty coverage, duration, and exclusions are determined solely by the manufacturer.
Warranty Claims
If you believe a product is defective:

Contact Amchem Wash Supply before returning the item.

Provide your order number, serial number (if applicable), and a description of the issue.

Photos or videos may be requested to assist with diagnosis.

We will help coordinate the warranty process with the manufacturer whenever possible.
Warranty Does Not Cover
Warranty coverage generally does not include:

Normal wear and tear

Improper installation

Lack of maintenance

Freeze damage

Chemical damage

Cavitation

Dry running pumps

Overheating

Abuse or misuse

Unauthorized modifications

Damage caused during shipping after customer acceptance
Labor
Unless specifically stated by the manufacturer, labor costs associated with removal, installation, diagnostics, travel time, or downtime are not covered.
