Refund policy

Return Authorization

Contact AmChem Wash Supply at justin@amchemwashsupply.com or 770-789-8040 before returning any product. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender.

Return Conditions

Approved returned merchandise must:

Be unused
Be in its original packaging
Include all manuals, hardware, and accessories
Include proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

Chemicals
Custom-built equipment
Custom trailers
Electrical components
Batteries
Pumps that have been installed or used
Special-order items
Clearance items
Opened consumable products

Order Cancellations

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible before the order is fulfilled. Cancellation is not guaranteed after processing has begun. Custom-built equipment, special-order items, and orders that have already shipped may not be cancellable. Shipped orders are handled under the return terms above.

Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, depending on the manufacturer and condition of the returned product.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after approved returned merchandise is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

Exchanges

Defective or damaged products may be exchanged when covered by the applicable manufacturer warranty or approved by AmChem Wash Supply.
