Freight Damage Policy

Freight shipments must be inspected before signing the delivery receipt.

Before accepting delivery:

• Inspect the shipment thoroughly.

• Photograph any visible damage.

• Note all damage on the carrier’s delivery paperwork.

• Retain all packaging materials.

Concealed freight damage must be reported to Amchem Wash Supply within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to note visible freight damage before signing may prevent the carrier from honoring a damage claim.

Do not refuse freight shipments without first contacting Amchem Wash Supply unless the shipment is clearly destroyed or unsafe to accept.
