Placing an order

2.1. Order Process
To place an order, you must provide complete and accurate information as requested. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide.

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance of your order.

2.3. Acceptance of Order
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason. If we accept your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2.4. Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting our customer service. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you must follow the returns process outlined below.

Delivery

3.1. Shipping and Handling
We will arrange for the delivery of the products to the address you provide at the time of order. Shipping and handling fees will apply as specified at the time of purchase.

3.2. Delivery Timeframe
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.

3.3. Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title for products purchased from us pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

We ship to the lower 48 states but not internationally currently.

Returns & refunds

4.1. Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

4.2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase is required.

4.3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service for instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

4.4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
